1. Definitions

"Pacificcirclehub" refers to the social casino entertainment platform available at pacificcirclehub.com and its associated subdomains and services.

"Social Casino" means a free-to-play digital entertainment platform that simulates casino-style games using virtual currency only. A social casino does not involve real money and does not offer real money rewards or outcomes.

"Virtual Currency" means the entertainment tokens, coins, credits or similar digital items provided by Pacificcirclehub for use on the platform. Virtual currency has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, cannot be sold or transferred for value, and cannot be used to obtain goods or services outside the platform.

"Entertainment Purposes" means use of the platform solely for personal amusement, social interaction, and enjoyment, with no expectation of financial gain or real-world reward.

"Player" means any person who registers for and uses the Pacificcirclehub platform.

"Platform" means the Pacificcirclehub website, its games, tools, features, and all associated digital services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to access and use Pacificcirclehub. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Pacificcirclehub is intended primarily for players in New Zealand, though access may be available from other jurisdictions.

Pacificcirclehub reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend or terminate that account. Creating an account on behalf of a person under 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may only hold one account on Pacificcirclehub at any time.

3. Virtual Currency

Pacificcirclehub uses a virtual currency system for entertainment purposes only. The following terms govern the use of virtual currency on the platform:

• Virtual currency has no monetary value and does not represent any real world asset
• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money under any circumstances
• Virtual currency cannot be transferred outside the platform
• Virtual currency cannot be transferred to other players or accounts
• Virtual currency cannot be used to purchase goods or services outside Pacificcirclehub
• Unused virtual currency has no value upon account closure or termination
• Pacificcirclehub reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency at any time

If optional purchases of additional virtual currency are offered, these transactions are for entertainment purposes only. No purchased virtual currency constitutes a financial investment, and no refunds will be issued except as required by applicable consumer law.

4. No Real Money Gambling

Pacificcirclehub is explicitly and categorically not a gambling platform. The following statements are fundamental to the nature of our service:

• No real money is accepted for use in any game on Pacificcirclehub
• No real money rewards are offered or awarded on Pacificcirclehub
• No player can win real money or any item of real monetary value on Pacificcirclehub
• Pacificcirclehub games do not constitute gambling under the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003
• Game outcomes on Pacificcirclehub have no financial significance whatsoever

Players must not use or attempt to use Pacificcirclehub as a form of real money gambling. Any attempt to circumvent the virtual currency system or to extract real monetary value from the platform is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pacificcirclehub only for its intended purpose as an entertainment platform. The following behaviours are prohibited:

• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations
• Attempting to hack, modify, or exploit the platform or its games
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Selling, trading, or attempting to assign monetary value to virtual currency
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information

Pacificcirclehub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice and without liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pacificcirclehub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Pacificcirclehub disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Pacificcirclehub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacificcirclehub's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that player for virtual currency in the preceding three months, or NZD $50, whichever is less. Pacificcirclehub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Pacificcirclehub operates in compliance with the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003. Because our platform does not involve real money gambling, it falls outside the definition of gambling under that Act. However, we are committed to upholding the spirit of responsible gaming that underpins New Zealand's gambling regulatory framework.

8. Changes to Terms

Pacificcirclehub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
