- Include your registered email address and your desired exclusion period
- We will process your request within 24 hours and suspend your account for the requested period
- Available self-exclusion periods: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent
- During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or create a new one
- Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed
We take self-exclusion requests very seriously. If you request self-exclusion, we will also unsubscribe you from all platform marketing communications for the duration of your exclusion period.
Activity Tracking
Players can view their platform activity history in their account settings, including session times, games played, and virtual currency usage. We encourage players to review this information regularly to maintain awareness of their gaming habits.
Account Closure
Any player may close their account at any time by contacting support@domain.co.nz. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining virtual coin balance will be forfeited upon closure as virtual currency has no monetary value.
